Show Notes — Ep. 10: Be the Change
It is with satisfaction that Susan and I present “Be the Change,” our tenth and final episode of “Engaging with a Messy World.” Let’s each of us focus on changing ourselves so we can help bring positive change to our messy world.
TAKEAWAYS:
Our efforts to help the messy world will be much more effective if we do our inner growth work. If we only do outer work, we may be doing more harm than good.
The suffering in the world is a reflection of the wounds and dysfunctions of the people in the world. As we work on healing and growing, the world around us can change, too.
We have no idea what is possible!

“We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. This is the divine mystery supreme. A wonderful thing it is and the source of our happiness. We need not wait to see what others do.” - Mahatma Gandhi
